In principle Ashtanga yoga is taught by two different methods:

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style:

Practice is performed autonomously- i.e. the postures, the rythm of breath the beginning and duration are all determined by the practioner. The teacher supports the practioner by providing corrections adjustments and practical hints.  mysore style is the focus of our offering.

Asthanga Yoga Led Primary or Second or…:

The teacher is explicitly determining the postures and the rythm of breath to excercise controlling one’s breath and endurance.  Asthange guided classes also allow for the repetition of the basics. Beginners and practioners who want to refresh their skills are recommended to start with attending the guided classes or book privarte lessons.
Additionally besides ashtanga we offer hatha yoga classes the focus of which is determined by the participants.

After founding  (Yoga Network) Natasa Cvetkovic opend in 2016 Ashtanga Yoga Vienna Mysore Shala. Natasa offers classes based on the traditional Yoga of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois for beginners and advanced practitioners.
