with Natasa Cvetkovic @ Ashtanga Yoga Vienna

This workshop is an introduction to the Second Series ( ‘Nadi Shodana’) of Ashtanga Vinyasa. The participation prerequisites are the basic knowledge of the Ashtanga Method and Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Participants gain a deeper understanding into the internal methodology and interplay of both Primary and Second Series, Please register per mail and inform about your yoga experience (Contact Natasa: jogasana@gmail.com)

The dynamic mix of backbends, twists and inversions make the Second Series the perfect ‘counter-sequence’ to the Primary Series. Traditionally the Second Series was taught to all students at the same time as Primary Series during morning Mysore Classes in India.

We will explore the grace and beauty of this dynamic asana sequence in depth and pose-by-pose. Multiple options, approaches and modifications (variations) for each posture will be taught in order to accommodate all levels of students.

Welcome and do not forget to register in time – Natasa.
