The support of individual practice (Ashtanga Mysore Style) is essential for students in order to start with yoga. First students have to understand and experience exercises in the individual tempo of practice (Mysore Style Class, Beginner Class, Pranyama and Chanting Class). After establishing of “proper” breathing (Ujjayi breathing) in the asana order (Vinyasa Method) they can start to focus on breath control (Led Class).
Pranayama and Chanting classes are open for all levels and focusing on individual breathing exercises and “voice”.
